Agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of https://suburbancozy.com and purchases from Suburban Cozy Diner LLC. By using the store, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

Eligibility and Account Information

You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order and account information and to protect any account credentials. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

Products and Orders

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, dimensions, materials, descriptions, availability, and prices accurately. Screen settings and normal manufacturing variation can affect appearance. Measurements described as approximate may vary slightly.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or product unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled item.

Prices Taxes and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the total shown at checkout.

Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

You may use the store only for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. You may not interfere with store security, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content at scale, impersonate another person, make fraudulent purchases, or use the store in violation of law.

The store content, branding, text, graphics, product presentation, and site design are owned by or licensed to Suburban Cozy Diner LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited personal use does not transfer any ownership right.

The store may use or link to third-party services. Their products, content, and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for an independent third party solely because the store links to or integrates with it.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
