Payment Policy

Currency and Accepted Methods

Transactions are processed in U.S. dollars. The payment methods currently available are the methods displayed at checkout, which may include major credit or debit cards and supported accelerated checkout or digital wallet services. Availability can vary by device, location, and payment provider.

Authorization and Charges

By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize the order total, including displayed taxes and shipping charges. A temporary authorization may appear before the final charge is completed.

Payment Security

Payments are processed through Shopify and authorized payment providers. We do not normally receive or store complete payment card numbers. Payment providers may apply their own security checks and terms.

Declined Payments Refunds and Chargebacks

If payment is declined or cannot be verified, the order may not be completed. Contact your bank or payment provider first, then contact support@suburbancozy.com if assistance is still needed.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Posting times depend on the financial institution. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
